What: We cover a variety of different training sessions throughout each training cycle, including intervals, fartlek’s, tempo runs, hills and continuous runs.
Where: Pakapakanthi (Victoria Race Course). We meet by the stairwell next to the grandstand in Victoria Park (members will be notified prior to training of the location which varies from time to time).
When: 6:30 am Tuesday & Friday.
RunAsOne offers Adelaide Based runners structured training sessions, within a group environment.
Whether you are training for the local park run, or travelling overseas to complete a marathon, we want to help! We carefully tailor each session to ensure everyone is equally benefitted.
